The azaleas this year have been beautiful and it is so good to see some bees in the yard. We saw our first hummingbirds this week and also the goldfinches are back and bright yellow. We had a great Mother's Day. Chris gave me a pretty bouquet yesterday and Angelina did her big reveal today. She gave me a flower pen and a folder of drawings and "mommy musings". Gianna could not wait to give me her gifts so I received them on Friday. She grew some marigolds and drew a picture of why she loved me. See below for exact quotes:

My mom was going to a meeting. She went by her self. First she put on her dress. Next, she put on her makup, lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipliner, gloss, powder, hair, nail polish and floss. Then she put on her jewelry; rings, necklace, earings, and a braclet. After that she put on her high heels. Finally, she got her purse and took some gum and left. (hmm, floss? hair?)

My mom reads The Time Theaf. My mom likes to e-mail Shalay. My mom likes to Volunteer at school in the copy room. My mom sometimes goes outside and rakes some leaves when she gets a chance. My mom watches netflix if its her movie. She goes to the mall to buy somthings. My mom plays a board game with my sister Gianna. (I sound boring.)
We met Granma H and Pop Pop for brunch today. We also got to see Mike and Gina's new house, it is fabulous! Happy Mother's Day to all. I'm going to go and be boring now. :-)
